I found this announcement that pets must be registered with the government really invasive and creepy.

"The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration will enforce a new law requiring residents to register and microchip their dogs and cats by next year. Published in the Royal Gazette on January 15, 2025, the law will take effect on January 10, 2026.

Key details for pet owners include:

Registration: Owners must register their pets within 120 days of birth or 30 days of bringing the animal into Bangkok."

Good catch, I forgot to include that story. Next there will be an announcement to chip all humans for their safety. People will shrug, get chipped, then post a photo to social media.

You really need to get out of there. Like, now. Seriously. Before it's too late.

I’m getting out of the city and into the suburbs soon. Exit strategy on hand to countryside farmland with my wife’s family whenever needs be. The work is in the cities, so that’s why we stay.

It's none of my business so I won't take it amiss if you block me for saying this, but the cities will be the prisons.

I know. It’s a balancing act of finding the work but staying on the fringes. Besides, I get to carry on reporting on the technocracy as a resident for the time being, straight from the source…

They're working up their nut to kill all the pets. First it'll be limits on how many you can have and then they'll seize the ones that are left and kill them. The sub-humans in China did it during the fakedemic and the kakistocracy has already produced media articles complaining about the "carbon pawprint" of cats and dogs. "The climate" or another scamdemic will be the pretext for mass killings.

Sadly ‘they’ have announced exactly what you expected regarding limits on number of pets ‘allowed’…[https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/3009511/bangkok-pet-owners-must-microchip-dogs-cats-by-next-year]

“Bangkok residents who own dogs and cats must register and microchip their pets under a new city law effective from Jan 10 next year.

The animals must be chipped within 120 days of birth or 30 days of ownership. The regulation also limits the number of pets, depending on living space, along with possession of dangerous breeds.

[…]

Owners must register and microchip their pets under the regulation, which also limits the number of pets, based on living space.

- For a living space of 20 to 80 square metres in an apartment or a condominium, only one pet is allowed.

- For an 80 square metre or more apartment or condominium, two pets are permitted.

- For a living space of up to 20 square wah of land, two pets are allowed.

- For a living space of up to 50 square wah of land, up to three pets are allowed.

- For a living space of up to 100 square wah of land, four pets are allowed.

- For a living space of 100 square wah and more of land, not more than six pets are permitted.

Economic animals such as cows, horses, ducks and chickens can be kept only in designated areas.”

Everything going on with the Thai government now is freaky and weird. What happened to "Land of the Free?"

Good Evening, Nicholas. This is all so depressing. Because the demonic have no faith in the Supreme Lord, who is the Supreme Controller, they try to imitate him by exerting total control over us. Still, they will tell us in their schools that we are free.

I am kind of glad that my body is 76 and that I could be forced to leave this place at any time. There is no way in hell or heaven I will submit to their "vaccination" agenda. They can shoot me first! My phone is in my wife's name, vehicle, house, and everything else. I wonder how that is going to work out?

I just went through 60 days of hell to get a one-week visa for my wife to visit Germany.

I hope you have no issues with the phone drama around banking and SIM registration. I note from the comments on that BP article, many foreigners are in the same boat as you having things registered in their wife’s name. Let’s see what is unveiled regarding the pin cushion requirement interface ready to be implemented…

On the one hand, the Thai Government wants people to retire here. They benefit from all the pension money we bring in every month. On the other hand, they seem intent on making life ever more complicated for us. What is their problem? They could make an effort to make life smoother and less stressful. Instead, they seem determined to make it harder.

I think things will change for the better as the economic outlook becomes direr. In time, most countries will fawn over attracting permanent residents and those seeking employment and citizenship - based on merit, skills, and intentions, not welfare states. Right now there is a lot of nationalistic protectionism going on across the board. Once that calms down, countries will strategise how to attract people who will help bring economic prosperity, boost GDP, and curate whatever image they would like to have for their nation to the outside world.

Thailand is very dependent upon both exports and tourists. It is not necessarily in the best position to compete with others.

Very sad to see Thailand so compliant but other countries (e.g. UK) can't wait to catch up and be rewarded by their masters - the international banks etc.

The UK’s misleadership is more infested with a cult-like obsession with woke ideology, now detaining marines under the terrorism act for questioning DEI policies in the military [https://www.zerohedge.com/political/british-royal-marine-held-under-terrorism-act-questioning-dei-standards]

Starmer will of course crank up technocracy aims in due course with the help of war criminal Tony Blair and his ilk.

Thanks for responding, Nicholas.

Yes, our military are being emasculated and worse - as with other institutions. Those with power either genuinely despise us, as demonstrated during the pretend pandemic, or are provoking serious trouble which may be countered by the legion of young, fit illegal immigrants. Interesting technocratic times!
