I imagine it would be the same thing that would happen to them at the point of death when they would go to the same place(s). Forced to face their inner darkness, all the atrocities they have committed; torturous self-made hell. The path to redemption would seem nigh impossible for such creatures. They would fight the ayahuasca and mentally shatter before they could truly understand what they had done in life.
I'm inclined to think that's probably close to the mark.
Mind you, I've known individuals (Westerners), who didn't seem to lose their narcissistic qualities. So I guess I'm saying; it's a powerful medicine (I've had many journeys myself) but delivers no guarantees of transformation.
I have wondered what might be the outcome if we could somehow subject the likes of gates, soros, all the nasty evil ones... to an aya journey.

I agree. The individual always needs to "do the work" - both during and after the trip, in order to change.
Right. But at least it would sure be one helluva wake-up call, whether theyd' choose to heed it in the long run.
