You Ran The Gauntlet. Now Enjoy The Calm Before The Chaos.
Last night, as I sat at home contending with the last glass of Shiraz from a half-decent bottle of red, whilst recovering from Wonderfruit music festival excesses, I eagerly looked forward to family and friendship reunions. I am imminently UK-bound.
I was delighted to see the post-online-check-in confirmation, advising me that all Covid testing, vax proof, quarantine malarkey etc, is no longer applicable for both my Dubai flight stopover, and of course the United Kingdom upon arrival.
I have ran the gauntlet. I have suffered, as have many of you. I have been estranged from different family members for 3-5 years. I was told, repeatedly, that I would have to “fall on my sword”, and take the carrot. I stood firm. Steadfast. Ostracised. Black sheep. Outcast. Resilient. Rebellious.
Now, validated.
Soon, I, ‘Uncle Skype’, will hold my one year old nephew in real-life, look into his eyes and perhaps see a knowingness, a familiarity of a family bond, not yet cemented, yet opportunistically arrived, at long last.
Rona-related petty quarrels and disownment on the part of some of my nearest and dearest - I shall lay to rest. I am not going there to score points. I do not seek to get even. I will not whisper “I told you so.”
I will be here, right now. For what else is there?
Enjoy the little things. Make merit with those you love, with whatever you believe in. Time is short.
A brief respite we have been granted. The screws turn, and the next stage of the mechanical, unforgiving technocracy awaits, just around the corner. It would be remiss not to share the latest propaganda piece from UNICEF…We have to laugh defiantly at this next level gaslighting (or else we might cry for their use of exploiting children to channel such propaganda itself).
I am not going to explicitly go into the fact that The World Health Organization, Johns Hopkins, and Bill Gates Just Conducted Another Pandemic Simulation — This Time The Virus Is Deadlier And Targets Children - just be aware of how these simulative things have a nasty habit of becoming reality (or pseudo-reality?)
Let us take a deep breath, together. Strengthen your resolve, friends. Dig deep. Realise how far you have come. Understand your mental fortitude, perhaps still yet untapped in its true potential.
Savor the sweetness, for we have all experienced the sour, and we have experienced it together.
Creed Speech will endeavour to continue on this undefined path of uncovering truth, looking inwards, and being a force for good.
I deeply appreciate all the subscribers, the comments, the interactions, and the snowball effect we have enjoyed with this momentum so far.
Let us provide strength, where others are weak.
Let us provide stability, where there is chaos.
Let us lead, when others will blindly follow authoritarianism.
No matter how dark things get, I promise you that I will never give up. I hope that you will never give up either. Humanity needs us all.
Together, let us choose the light over the darkness.
Roll on 2023! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year!
